Si los Riverdales cantaran en castellano vistieran de acero y lucieran espadas a lo Cid Campeador no nos cabría duda que su lugar de procedencia sería Toledo, pero si hacemos el símil al revés, podríamos decir que si los GTO’s cantaran en inglés, arquearan las piernas y cuadraran canciones de punkrock una tras otra sin descanso ni relleno podríamos decir que vienen desde la mismísima Chicago, ciudad natal de los de Weasel y Vapid.
En un momento de tanta dificultad, problemas, un mundo musical apagado estos muchachos de Toledo han llegado para alegrarnos el inicio del año con 14 temas bordados de punkrock ramone, canciones rápidas, letras ancladas en la adolescencia, como debe ser, y melodías que escucha tras escucha se nos van pegando. Esperamos poder pegar botes pronto en sus presentaciones en directo, creemos en ello.
